Milei Arrives in Madrid Amid Spain’s Snap Election Campaigns
During his visit, Milei is expected to deliver a speech at an economic forum on Wednesday and tour a foundation associated with the Vox political party.
Madrid regional President Isabel Diaz Ayuso is also scheduled to meet the Argentine leader during his stay.
However, Milei is not expected to hold talks with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez. His trip is scheduled to conclude on Thursday.
The visit marks Milei's seventh trip to Spain since assuming Argentina's presidency in late 2023.
Spain is set to hold its snap elections on Nov. 29, with the Argentine president's visit taking place amid the country's election campaign.
